In addition to our comprehensive A-List of ass types, you’ll receive feedback on each ass’ best qualities, areas they might look to improve, and their dynamics with other donkeys at the company. With this knowledge, you’ll have the tools you need to take control of the reins and lead your team in the right direction.

So get your - er, uh, butt comfortable and get ready to learn about your inner asses. We suggest sitting in front of your computer, maybe a cold (or hot) drink in hand and then relax and just give us, and yourself, some honest answers. The questions are easy, but plan on about 20 minutes to go through your ASSessment. 20 minutes! Hey - this is no time to be a LAZY Ass or a HALF!
